David Ball

David Ball

David is lead pastor of Anchor Church and founder of Grace and Mercy Ministries. He began to sense a call on his life to advance the kingdom of God by moving the church outside the walls. Thus, Anchor Church is driven by a God-given vision to reach out to the hurting to offer help, hope, and healing. The formation of several ministries has enabled Anchor Church to do so in the name of Jesus.

David is married to Amy, and they have four children together; Caleb, Camleigh, Cooper, and Carys.

Cyndi Gillespie

In 2015, after working eleven years in the healthcare environment, Cyndi began serving with Grace and Mercy Ministry under the umbrella of Anchor Church. Cyndi aspires to help women walk out freedom in their own lives. Her goal is to see these women make good choices for themselves. What keeps her going is the success stories of the redemption power of God. Cyndi's favorite form of downtime is to be alone for a few days with her Bible and a book that challenges her. However, her two beautiful boys keep her busy. She seeks diligently for God to use her life for His Kingdom by giving hope, love, and healing to hurting women. Cyndi serves as the Administrative Director of Women's Ministries for the Transformation Home and the Transformation Garden.

Haley Chapin

Haley is married to Dan Chapin. Together they have three girls and three boys. After being intentionally discipled by a woman over ten years ago, she has continued that intentionality to disciple other women. In 2020, Haley accepted the call on her life to minister to women who have suffered the trauma of being sex trafficked. Her mission is to share the gospel that leads to freedom and then disciple them into a mature relationship with Jesus Christ. She currently serves as our Program Director.
